I help organizations find the real problem — and build what comes next.

Find the Leverage Points: Not everything needs to be fixed. Some things are symptoms. Some are root causes. I identify the two or three places where change will have the most impact and build from there.

Most organizations know something isn't working. What they rarely know is why. The stated problem is almost never the actual problem. A workforce that won't adopt new technology — isn't a technology problem. A change initiative that keeps stalling — isn't a planning problem. These are human problems — and solving them requires someone who understands how people actually behave inside organizations, not just how we wish they would.

That's what I do.

WHO I WORK WITH:

I partner with senior leaders — CEOs, COOs, CHROs, VPs of Transformation — at mid-size to large organizations navigating significant change: AI adoption, workforce transformation, organizational redesign, or culture shifts that aren't sticking. I'm also drawn to ambitious organizations — especially in consulting and tech — where I can work directly with decision-makers, contribute to strategy, and build something that matters. I'm particularly focused on the AI transformation space, because the human side of AI adoption is exactly where my skills intersect with what organizations most urgently need. When I'm not doing this work, I'm being a mom to a 15-year-old who keeps me grounded in what actually matters*.*

My clients span federal agencies, the U.S. military, consulting firms, and mission-driven private sector organizations. I work best where the problems are complex, the stakes are real, and leadership wants someone who will tell them the truth.

I'm not for organizations looking to validate decisions already made — or anyone who needs a yes person.

WHAT MAKES THIS WORK DIFFERENT?

I don't start with solutions. I start with diagnosis. And I design every intervention around how people actually behave — not how the organizational chart assumes they will.

I bring an unusual combination to every engagement: a PhD in developmental psychology, a master's in organizational development and executive leadership, and 20+ years of hands-on transformation work across federal, military, academic, and private sector clients.
